About the Founder

Our founder and CEO, Sheryl Lezberg, started Captivating Realty in 2016. She began her career in real estate in 2005, working in the Brookline and Boston markets. Since then, Sheryl has done over $60,000,000 in sales and transactions.

As a sales broker, Sheryl has a long record of getting her clients as close to asking price as possible. As a rental agent, she consistently markets and rents properties to the best tenants at the best prices. She’s never had a tenant not pay rent or be evicted. As a buyer’s agent, Sheryl always finds her clients the right property that will increase in value.

Sheryl cares deeply about her clients. She gauges her success on her clients’ satisfaction. She aims to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives and strives to help them build long-term financial gains.
